Renting: After payment is received, there will be a key waiting for you with your name at the front desk in the Recreation Center.

The amenities include a state-of-the-art recreation center with indoor pool and Jacuzzi, saunas, racquetball courts, weight room, video arcade, great room with fireplace, five tennis courts on property, basketball court, five-acre lake with sandy beaches and a nature path, a community gas grill under the lakeside gazebo, a volleyball courtyard, ice skating rink and shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area in the winter. Also situated throughout the property along the Pemigewassett River are picnic tables and charcoal grills.

From Boston: Route 93 north 125 miles to exit 32 in Lincoln NH. 2 hours.
